We turned the whole event into an immersive journey to play, shoot and share together.

From the moment guests checked in, their phones became the gateway — photos, AI looks, lucky draws and a live wall. Engagement topped 90%, and the night spread across social before it even ended.

Reunion dinner at the hotel instead of at home — Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung turned its ballroom into a circus carnival, and we made sure every family table went home with something.

A reunion dinner runs on a tight clock, so nothing here interrupted the meal: guests scanned and uploaded from their seats, while the Korean photo booth sat by the circus backdrop for anyone to use at will. The moving part was what they uploaded — not photos from that night, but family archives from their camera rolls: three generations together, childhood snapshots, even re-shot black-and-white prints. On a red circus-themed New Year frame, those became the keepsake the grandparents wouldn't put down.
