Mobile Photo Booth Singapore｜Phone QR Scan, Instant Print, No Queue
Every phone is a photo booth — scan, shoot, print, no queue
The Pixanity mobile photo booth turns every guest's phone into an instant print photo booth. Scan a QR code — no app — shoot, apply the branded frame, and the print comes out on the spot while photos stream to a live slideshow. Because everyone shoots at once there is no queue, which is why it works for Dinner and Dance (DND) nights, product launches and roadshows with hundreds of guests across Singapore.
- Zero learning curve — From scan to upload takes just a few simple steps — most guests finish on their own the first time
- Scale & speed — Simultaneous upload and printing — no queues whether 100 or 1,000 guests
- Brand marketing tool — QR code lead capture and custom CTA links turn foot traffic into digital assets
- 1000+ events — Scan to play, no app — live slideshow plus physical prints and a shared gallery
What is a mobile photo booth?
A mobile photo booth is a photo booth that runs on guests' own phones: they scan a QR code, take a photo on a branded page (no app download), and the photo is printed on site with your event frame and delivered as a digital file. It is also searched as a QR photo booth or phone photo booth — it is not a phone booth or a mobile phone stand. Unlike a fixed instant print photo booth with a single machine, there is no queue, because the whole room can shoot at the same time.
That makes it the photo booth rental that scales: 100 or 1,000 guests, a hotel ballroom Dinner and Dance (DND) or a roadshow spread across a mall atrium. Guests keep both the instant print and the soft copy, and the QR flow can double as lead capture for your brand.
The guest’s own phone is the booth
Every photograph below is from an event we ran. The point of this service is not the hardware — it is that guests have nothing to learn: scan, pick a photo, hit print.
The photo is already on their own phone
The whole flow runs in the guest’s mobile browser — no app to download, no account, no friend request needed to get the photo. What is on screen is already framed in the day’s artwork: save it, post it to a story, or print it at the same time. For the guest it is no different from taking any other photo on their phone.
Three steps, and that is the whole briefing
This board sits beside the collection table: step 1, choose a print size — instant, Korean four-strip, event newspaper and keyring all live in the same menu; step 2, shoot and print; step 3, collect. The phone flow also supports shooting inside the frame, so the border sits over the live camera view and guests compose before pressing the shutter instead of guessing the crop afterwards.
Shoot now, or pick from the camera roll
It is not limited to what was just taken. Guests can pick from their own camera roll or from the shared event gallery — as on this screen, a full grid of the day’s photos. That matters at company dinners and family days: older guests and children do not have to queue again for a retake, they just pick the shot they already like.
Hit print and the machine beside you produces it
Choosing a layout and submitting sends the file straight to the printer on the table. Nobody hands a phone to staff, nobody messages a file to anyone, and no photo ends up in someone else’s pile — every print comes from that guest’s own device. Printing itself takes about fifteen seconds, usually less time than finishing the sentence.
One table is one photo station
This is the entire footprint: a table, a photo printer, a tablet, a tray of headbands and sign props, plus a small how-to stand. No large cabinet, no backdrop that has to sit against a wall — so it can go beside a traffic route, out on grass, or split into two or three stations at once when the crowd is big. That is the real difference from a fixed booth.
The collection table is the busiest spot in the room
Because shooting is spread across everyone’s phone, the crowd never piles up at a machine — it gathers at the moment of collecting. Everything on this table is freshly printed and waiting for its owner. For the host it is also the best interaction point: staff hand over a print and complete a LINE follow or a campaign link in the same motion.
One guest prints many
The usual package is unlimited printing for the booked hours, so nobody stops at one. A round with their table, a round across departments, a round with the boss — this stack is one evening’s worth. Print volume is the main variable in a quote; we normally estimate headcount times two to three prints per person.
Custom event frames, so the memory goes home with them
Frames are customised to your key visual — logo, event name and palette all sit on them, so the five prints in this hand match the backdrop behind. One event can also offer several themed frames for guests to pick from, adding fun to the night and making every print a keepsake worth holding on to. Guests just press the shutter and take the event home.

Incredibly simple — three taps and the photo is in your hand
Pixanity turns the tedious photo-booth queue into three steps. Whether a brand activation, a company D&D or an intimate wedding, every guest captures and prints the event’s most precious memories right from their own phone.
At the collection table: shooting is spread across everyone’s phone, so nobody queues at a machine
Simultaneous upload, live slideshow and print — no queues, no interruptions
Breaking the one-group-at-a-time limit of traditional booths, this unlimited photo booth supports simultaneous upload, a live slideshow and printing so every guest can shoot and print at once. From 100 to 1,000 guests it keeps running smoothly and spreads out the crowd.
Not just phones — add a 50MP starlight beauty station
The phone booth makes sure everyone gets a shot; the starlight station makes sure the shot looks good. Both run on the same system and the same frame set, side by side at one event.
A 50MP lens, not a phone camera
A separate large-screen photo station with a 50-megapixel lens — a different class of detail from a handset.
Six-point star light for soft fill
A hexagonal star light throws fill from the front, which is effectively a small bridal studio on your floor: clean skin, clean edges, and even older guests come out looking like a magazine cover.
It fixes the hardest room to shoot
Ballrooms and year-end party venues are dim and colour-cast — the worst case for a phone camera. Proper fill light solves that at the source instead of rescuing it in post.
Runs alongside, without splitting the flow
The phone booth scans and goes, with no queue at scale; the starlight station is the fixed “good photo” stop. Both share one frame set and one print back end, so guests can take away either.

A regular photo booth rental in Singapore is one fixed machine with a backdrop — great for group shots, but guests queue one group at a time. The mobile photo booth runs on every guest's phone, so the whole room shoots at once with no queue; prints come out of the same on-site printer with your branded frame. Many Dinner and Dance (DND) organisers run both: the fixed booth as the photo zone, the mobile booth to clear the crowd.
It is custom-quoted by event date and venue, service hours, estimated headcount and print volume, custom frame or backdrop design, and QR lead-capture setup. Share the date, venue and headcount for a fast estimate; our photo booth price guide covers typical ranges and what is included.
No. "Mobile" here means it runs on guests' mobile phones. It is a photo booth service with an on-site printer and crew — guests scan, shoot and collect their instant print; nothing is installed and no hardware is handed out.
