What actually pulls the queue is the before-and-after wall
Photographs from events we ran. This zone lives or dies on whether the previous guest’s before-and-after is on display for the next one to see.
A whole wall of before-and-after beats any explanation
The zone is built as a curved brick wall, and the whole surface is covered in that day’s results — BEFORE on the left, AFTER on the right. It is the highest-converting layout we have found: telling someone “AI can restyle you” is abstract, but seeing the previous guest’s original next to their result tells the next person exactly what they are in for. The copy on the wall also sets expectations: step in front of the screen, keep your jacket on, no sizing needed, done in seconds.
Prints go up on the wall, and the wall becomes the sign
Every before-and-after on that wall was printed on the spot and pinned up by the guest who made it. AI restyling very easily stops at “look, funny, forgotten”; making it physical means guests carry one out and leave one on the wall. The later it gets, the fuller the wall — it becomes an installation that grows on its own, readable from across the room, so nobody has to go out and recruit for the zone.
