Launch & Forum Experience Planning
First impressions happen at check-in — digital arrival, a signature wall and an AI booth turn the entrance into a brand experience.
Launches and forums are the highest-stakes event type: VIPs and press are quality-sensitive, and a five-minute check-in jam is a disaster. We design arrival-to-departure as one pipeline — fast QR check-in, a signature wall as part of the key visual, and instant branded photo delivery.
