12 university presidents and officials signed at once — an MOU done in under a minute
A synchronised signing wall replaced signing one by one with everyone signing together, each stroke shown live on a 3×4 big-screen grid, with same-day coverage from Liberty Times and Radio Taiwan International.
At the opening ceremony for the Ministry of Education’s 30⁺ university pilot programme, the National Education Radio and the pilot universities were to sign an MOU on shared course resources. Twelve VIPs each held an iPad and signed together on the host’s cue; every stroke appeared live in their own cell on the big screen, alongside name, title and university crest. As the last signature landed, all twelve lit up together on the key visual and the VIPs posed for a photo right in front of it. The whole segment, photo included, took under two minutes, with a composite signature image and ceremony video delivered afterwards.
