Beyond ribbons and buttons: VIPs sign together on iPads and the wall launches as one; guests take home opening-day photos in your anniversary visual.
Openings and anniversaries have two problems: the thirty-second ceremony and the two hours around it. For the ceremony we use the sync signing wall — VIPs sign on iPads, strokes appear live in a 3×4 grid, and the last stroke fires the launch visual. Around it, opening photo booths and roaming booths send guests home with photos in your anniversary frame, while cocktail and scent bars anchor the memory of the new space.

教育部 30⁺ 大學試辦計畫的開學典禮上，國立教育廣播電臺與試辦學校要簽署課程資源合作備忘錄。12 位貴賓各自拿著 iPad，主持人一聲令下同時簽名，每一筆即時出現在大螢幕屬於自己的那一格，連同姓名、職稱與校徽；最後一位完成，12 個簽名一起亮在主視覺上，貴賓直接在前面合影。整段含合影不到兩分鐘，會後交付合成簽名圖與儀式影片。
