Overview: who it's for & what it solves
The 360 video booth (360 photo booth / 360 spinner booth) is an event rental: guests stand on a rotating platform while the camera orbits them for a slow-motion clip with your branded overlay and music, ready to download by QR within moments. Each take is about 30 seconds for 1 to 3 guests, and the setup needs a clear circle of roughly 2.5 to 3 m. Ideal for Dinner and Dance (DND), product launches, roadshows and weddings; 360 booth rental in Singapore is custom-quoted, islandwide.
What is 360° video capture?
A 360 video booth — also known as a 360 photo booth — pairs a specialised panoramic lens with an automatic rotating platform to capture the full motion around a guest in a single take, for an immersive short-video experience.
Guests simply step onto the platform and the camera films them from an orbiting perspective, producing the dynamic look of an MV, a red carpet, or a fashion editorial. Once the clip is ready, guests scan the on-site QR code to download it and share to Instagram, TikTok, Threads, or their Stories — turning every interaction into brand exposure.
It is more than a photo experience — it gives your event a social talking point that can be filmed, downloaded, and shared.
High-quality short videos generated live on site
Make every guest a star
Guests just step onto the stage, and the orbiting camera captures their most confident moment from every angle — like a Hollywood red-carpet photographer. No complicated steps: scan after the shot to download and share to social.
It makes event photography far more fun and becomes a new on-site highlight. The automatic rotating platform and motion-capture technology let guests produce MV-style orbital videos in seconds.
Your event has highlights — but nothing guests actually want to share?
Brand activations, pop-ups, and corporate parties all share one fear: the room is buzzing, but the buzz stops the moment it ends. Ordinary photo coverage preserves the moment but rarely makes guests share it; traditional interactive gear draws crowds but does not always spark social reach.
360° video capture turns every guest into the star of a clip — filmed on site, downloaded instantly, and shared in the moment — extending the interaction from the venue out to social.
Three easy steps to a perfect interaction
Step onto the platform
Once guests are in position, they are ready to shoot. The flow is intuitive — no technical background needed, and guests of any age pick it up instantly.
Automatic orbital capture
The camera rotates automatically to capture a dynamic 360° clip in seconds. The result is as striking as an MV, with a presence far beyond an ordinary phone video.
Scan, download, share
Once the clip is ready, guests scan to download on site and share to Instagram, Reels, Stories, and more — riding the moment for maximum reach.
Four core advantages

360° automatic rotating platform — zero blind spots
Once a guest steps onto the platform, the camera orbits to capture motion from every angle, producing a dimensional, fluid, stage-worthy short video.

Immersive short video that makes guests the star
It is not just a clip — it is a ceremonial capture experience guests take part in. Step on, strike a pose, finish the shot, scan to download: the whole flow is itself an event highlight that boosts engagement and on-site energy.

Instant output with QR-code download and sharing
Clips are produced quickly and delivered for download via QR code. Guests save their personal video to their phone and share it to social in real time, keeping the buzz alive well beyond the venue.

Entertainment and brand-marketing value combined
360° capture is inherently eye-catching, drawing guests to linger, queue, and join in. More than an on-site photo service, it is an installation that lifts engagement, grows social sharing, and creates a brand memory point.
Captured and delivered live — your brand naturally seen
Get the clip right after the shot — no break in the event flow
No app needed — scan to download straight to a phone
Brand logo and themed visuals can all be embedded
Guests share on their own, carrying your brand with every clip

High-quality short videos generated live on site
Not just photos — creating brand memory
Our system handles slow-motion processing, colour grading, music, and brand-logo overlays the moment the shot is taken. Guests simply scan the QR code to download a high-resolution clip and share it to social for real-time promotion. It is more than an interaction — it is a powerful brand showcase across social media.

How much floor it needs and what guests actually do
Photographs from events we ran. Beyond what the rig looks like, these cover the practical part: how much space the zone needs and what happens once a guest steps onto the platform.

The platform is the centre of the whole zone
Guests step onto a platform about a metre across and the camera arm swings a full circle around them. In practice the zone needs more than the platform itself — allow roughly 2.5 × 2.5 metres once you add the arm’s sweep and the waiting line. The prop signs these two are holding are the single most effective way to stop guests freezing on camera; we usually bring a dozen designs to rotate.

One sign replaces a member of staff
The sign spells the whole thing out on the wall: pick a prop, stand in the middle of the platform, the camera orbits you once, download your clip immediately. With it in place guests brief themselves, and staff only have to mind the rig and hand out props. Copy and layout are produced alongside the event’s key visual — this one ran a vintage-cinema theme.

You write what goes on the props
These two boards were made for this event. Because the 360 output is slow motion, the act of raising a sign gets stretched and enlarged — so the wording is almost guaranteed to be seen. It is the most natural place to slip in a campaign line.

Groups can go up together
The platform is not one-at-a-time. Three or four step on and the arm brings each of them through frame, so in slow motion everyone gets their own moment. Groups tend to produce better social content than solos, simply because there is more interaction to catch.

The backdrop sets the film’s palette
Whatever is on that wall becomes the background of the clip, so backdrop design is effectively the visual key of the video. This event ran vintage cinema — red drapes, bulb frames, gold sequin — and the orbit brings each of those through in turn, carrying the set far better than a still could.
Real events, live
From upscale parties to large company D&D galas, the 360° booth is consistently the most popular interactive highlight on site.

Vendôme Night|Putting party guests on their own red carpet
In an upscale party setting, 360° capture amplifies the event’s sense of style and immersion. The orbital effect lets guests create their own red-carpet, MV, and editorial-style clips, lifting on-site engagement and making the content far easier to share to social.

CTBC Annual D&D|A crowd-favourite highlight at a large corporate event
At the CTBC annual D&D, 360° capture added a more engaging short-video interaction to a large corporate event. Staff and VIPs stepped onto the platform to create their own orbital clips and saved them via QR-code download — keeping the memory alive beyond the venue and into social and personal collections.

360 video booth vs. photo booth vs. 360 camera rental — which to pick?
Names overlap in Singapore: "360 photo booth", "360 video booth" and "360 spinner booth" are the same service, while "360 camera rental" is something else entirely.
| Option | What you get | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 360 video booth (360 photo booth / spinner booth) | Slow-motion orbit video with branded overlay, downloaded by QR on the spot | Dinner and Dance (DND), launches, roadshows — when you want social video reach and a stage-like moment |
| Corporate photo booth | Instant prints with a branded frame at a fixed photo zone | Group shots and a keepsake to take home |
| Mobile photo booth | Guests shoot on their own phones by QR, instant print, no queue | Large or dispersed crowds, lead capture |
| 360 camera rental (e.g. Insta360) | You rent a panoramic camera and shoot it yourself — no platform, crew or sharing system | Self-shot content, not an event activation |
In short: for shareable slow-mo video, pick the 360 video booth; for printed group photos, the corporate photo booth; for hundreds of guests with no queue, the mobile photo booth.
