A two-stop beer brand pop-up: AI composites the ambassador into every frame, printed as a branded three-cut strip on the spot.
The ambassador never had to show up — and still took a photo with everyone who walked by.
KIRIN Tanrei Green Label ran its summer pop-up at two stops — Huashan in July, Calligraphy Greenway in August. Guests stepped into the branded set for a three-shot countdown; AI cut them out live and composited the pre-shot ambassador into the same frame, a different pose in each cut. The output is a branded three-cut strip — brand colours, handwritten tagline and the legal notice built into the layout, printed on the spot.
